How Do I Take My Measurements?

To begin, put on a lightly lined bra — nothing push-up, nothing compression — and pick up a soft measuring tape.

No measuring tape at hand? Not a problem. A piece of string and a ruler do the job too.

1
Step 1
  • Breathe out, then take the measurement.
  • Type that number in below, in the field marked “Underbust Size.”
2
Step 2
  • Next, measure around the fullest point of your bust. As in step one, keep the tape parallel to the floor and level around your back.
  • Keep the tape comfortably snug, but never pulled tight.
  • Add this number under your ribcage measurement, in the field marked "Bust Size.” Then hit “Get My Size.”

Size FAQs

Yes! Sizing shifts from label to label, and here we have rebuilt ours from the seams up. To begin, trust the size our calculator gives you from your own measurements.

This can shift a little depending on the specific style you are looking at. Do get in touch with our team if advice on one would help!

Sister sizes earn their keep when the cup feels right but the band does not. If you are a 36A and the band pulls too tight, the 38AA may suit you better. If that 36A band sits too loose, you will probably prefer the fit of a 34B.

Our swimwear carries the same perfect fit you already know & love, so take the same size as your favourite bra + underwear here. If you are new to us, have a look at our Fit Guide and run through our handy Size Quiz for a size recommendation.

Unsere Favoriten dabei: Supima® Cotton Wirefree Bra, Limitless Wirefree Bra or FeelGood Wirefree Bra. Every one of these styles leaves room for cup size to shift, so order the size that matches your ribcage measurement most closely.

Any breast shape can be asymmetrical; varying in size or placement is natural and extremely common. Go with the size that fits your larger breast best. Where the gap is 2 cup sizes or more, take the average instead.

And adjust those straps! It sounds obvious, but playing with the length is what gets you real comfort and helps the bra hug your smaller side.

As for styles, we have found bras with removable cups or light padding work best. A few of our favourites: Supima® Cotton Wirefree Bra, Limitless Wirefree Bra or FeelGood Wirefree Bra.

Breasts change a great deal after surgery. For evolving bodies, choose styles that are soft, pliable and less structured, and go without wires for more comfortable wear post-surgery.

Sizing is not an exact science, and it shifts from label to label. You might be one size elsewhere and another size with us. So how do you tell whether a bra truly fits? Let us go part by part:

  • Band: The band should sit snug and comfortable on the loosest row of hooks. That leaves you the inner rows to tighten as the band relaxes with wear. It should also run parallel to the floor, never riding up or sliding as you move.
  • Cups: The cups should sit flush against your breast tissue, with nothing spilling over and no gap left open.
  • Bra straps: The straps should stay put without sliding off or pressing in. Tighten them until they sit snug and comfortable across your shoulders.
  • Band zu weit, aber die Cups sitzen perfekt: Drop a band size and climb a cup letter. So if the 32A band is too big but the cups are spot on, try the 30B.
  • Band zu eng, aber die Cups sitzen perfekt: Climb a band size and drop a cup letter. So if the 32A band is too small but the cups are spot on, try the 34AA.

As with any piece of underwear, a little extra care goes a long way toward making it last:

  • Hand Wash: Washing by hand in cold water with a mild detergent is what keeps each piece holding its shape and quality the longest.
  • Use a Laundry Bag: When hand washing is not an option, our laundry bags shield your delicates from rough zippers and snags inside the machine. Remember to tuck the zipper in before it goes in, take out any removable pads, and always wash cold.
  • Air dry: Skip the dryer and dry your bra flat or on a rack. Fierce dryer heat can warp the shape and crease the fabric.
  • Rotate them: Wearing one bra every single day puts a lot of strain on it. Keeping a few in rotation spreads out the daily wear (and leaves you more colors to pick from!
